He leads a team of designers, engineers, and craftspeople blending traditional skills with modern machining to create immersive exhibits and show sets globally. David’s vision assures that each project reflects the highest level of creativity and craftsmanship while meeting the customers guest experience and financial goals.

With 30 years of management experience, Heather applies strategic planning and decisive leadership to creative immersive, interactive and themed environments. She prioritizes communication and workflow optimization while ensuring the client’s vision is brought to life authentically and respectfully.

Joshua is a skilled project manager with over six years of experience delivering high-quality exhibits and immersive experiences. He is known for transforming creative concepts into reality while maintaining rigorous timelines and standards. His background as a musician brings an artistic perspective that enhances his approach to interactive design.
Phoenix Rising was founded by David Rogers in 1990, and he still serves as the CEO of the company. Phoenix Rising quickly grew as demand for the quality design and craftsmanship of the company became known. Also as the company grew, building strong relationships with theme park professionals in Orlando and the Central Florida area, more talented team members and additional services were added.
